Beca para estudiantes universitarios en STEM 2025

En educations.com, creemos que los estudiantes que estudian en el extranjero se convierten en la próxima generación de aventureros con mentalidad global, así que queremos que seáis más los que lo hagáis.

Esta beca de estudios STEM se concederá a los estudiantes que comiencen sus estudios STEM en el semestre de otoño de 2025 o posterior y está dotada con hasta 5.000 dólares. Está abierta a estudiantes internacionales de cualquier país que vayan a cursar una licenciatura STEM en el extranjero.

El plazo de solicitud para esta oportunidad finaliza el 19 de octubre de 2025 a las 12:00 CEST.

Admisibilidad

Para solicitar nuestra beca

• Debes tener un plan para matricularte en cualquier programa de grado STEM* (por ejemplo, Licenciatura en Ciencias, Licenciatura en Ingeniería, etc).
• Debes cumplir los requisitos de acceso de la universidad o escuela superior de tu elección.
• Estar en posesión de las credenciales válidas requeridas para la matrícula de grado.
• Cumplir los requisitos lingüísticos del programa.
• Ser titular de un visado de estudios o tener derecho a solicitarlo.
• No debes ser ciudadano o residente permanente del país al que solicita plaza.

* Campos de estudio que pueden optar a la beca STEM: a efectos de esta beca, STEM se define como Ciencia, Tecnología, Ingeniería y Matemáticas. Los programas que entran dentro de estas disciplinas serán considerados para la elegibilidad de forma individual y nos reservamos el derecho de rechazar a los solicitantes si el programa especificado no encaja dentro de los campos STEM.

Requisitos de la solicitud

¿Te preguntas cómo solicitar una de nuestras becas anuales para estudiar una licenciatura STEM en el extranjero?

Para que te tengamos en cuenta, tendrás que enviar tu solicitud completa antes del 19 de octubre de 2025 a las 12:00 CEST.

La solicitud consiste en:

• Rellenar un breve formulario
• Responder a las preguntas del formulario: Algunas de ellas consisten en
  • Preséntate brevemente
  • ¿Cuál es el mayor logro que has conseguido siendo estudiante de secundaria?

Nota: Las solicitudes deben presentarse en inglés. No se tendrán en cuenta las solicitudes en otros idiomas.

If you're selected as a finalist, you'll be asked to provide:

• Proof of acceptance into a university in the form of a copy of your acceptance letter
• Proof that you've completed the relevant qualifications for the undergraduate program in the form of a copy of your high school transcript or other applicable documents
• A copy of your passport to prove your identity

It is very important that all copies of documents are color scans. Please have these documents on hand should you be selected as a finalist. You will have 7 days from the time we tell you that you're a finalist to send us this documentation.

All finalists who are not chosen as the winner will still receive a USD 150 flight voucher. Therefore, you’ll also need to: 

• Tell us that you want to accept our gift within 3 days of being told that you unfortunately have not won our scholarship - but are still listed as one of our finalists.
• Make a post and tag us on Instagram, LinkedIn, and/or Facebook to tell others about yourself as the finalist.

If selected as our winner, you'll need to:

FAQs about this scholarship

What programs qualify as STEM undergraduate programs?

STEM is generally understood to consist of natural and life sciences, technology, engineering, and mathematics degrees. We will consider applicants enrolled/enrolling in all programs related to these fields and reserve the right to reject any applicants whose chosen program does not fit within the STEM designation.

How many scholarships to study an Undergraduate in STEM will be awarded?

There is only one scholarship available per round. This will be awarded to one individual.

However, there will be four finalists chosen. Every finalist who is not selected as a winner will get a USD 150 Flight Voucher as the award.

When will I find out if I've won the undergraduate STEM degree scholarship?

The scholarship finalists will be contacted between the 10th and 21st of November 2024, and the winner will be announced on our website and social media channels by 30th of November 2025.

Can I edit my application after I submit it?

No, your application cannot be edited once you submit it. Please make sure that you complete the application form in English and with all the correct information before you click ‘Submit.’ If you have questions about an application you have submitted, you can email our scholarship team at scholarships@educations.com

Please do not submit applications via email. Applications and other documents sent via email will not be considered and will be discarded.

What do I have to submit with my application? 

In the initial application, all you need to do is fill in the application form. Make sure to complete all required sections and to write your application in English. Applications completed in languages other than English will not be considered.

If you are selected as a finalist, you will be asked to supply us with more documents that further prove your eligibility.

Can I get reimbursed if I have already paid my tuition fees for the Fall 2025 (and/or Spring 2026) semester?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to reimburse tuition fees that you have already paid. The scholarship fund can only be used towards upcoming tuition fees and is paid directly to your university.

Can this scholarship be used towards other expenses?

The scholarship fund can only be used towards your tuition fees. No living costs, accommodation rental, travel expenses, or other semester fees can be covered.

Can I email you or send you my application by post?

No, all applications must be submitted via the official online form (link below). If you email or post us your application, we will not include it for consideration.

I have already started studying my undergraduate degree. Am I still eligible?

Yes, if you have already started your undergraduate studies before Fall 2024, you are still eligible to apply.

I am applying to study my degree online. Am I eligible for this scholarship?

No, this scholarship is only eligible towards tuition fees for in-campus programs or degrees.
