The designer develops projects for the industrial and distribution system, seeking to contextualize the product within a potential market but also within society with its rituals and modes of consumption. The Master's program offers a comprehensive training that embraces the research and definition of the concept, its development and representation up to the communication of the project.
The teaching follows a user-centered approach that emphasizes individual and collective enjoyment of the product. In fact, the designer must carefully consider the social and environmental impact of products. The open and multidisciplinary method encourages the expression of students' cultural backgrounds and enhances dialogue and exchange in the creative process.
Collaboration with important industrial realities aims to refine the training through workshops and study projects that train students to manage the relationship with the client. The program refines tools and operational skills from a professional perspective. Students can take advantage of well-equipped computer and modeling labs with the most advanced 2D and 3D software.
Duration
The Master of Arts lasts two Academic years, from January 2025. Attendance is compulsory and full time.

El máster ofrece una experiencia global en el diseño de producto, desde el concepto preliminar hasta su perfeccionamiento, desde la representación física y digital hasta la comunicación del proyecto.
El enfoque educativo enfatiza la experiencia proporcionada al usuario y el significado social del producto, ya que el diseñador también debe controlar el impacto que su producto tendrá a nivel social y ambiental.
Calificación
Después de aprobar el examen final, los estudiantes elegibles obtendrán una maestría de IULM y SPD . El Máster corresponde a 60 créditos ECTS.
El Máster está dirigido a italianos y extranjeros titulados en diferentes áreas. Número de plazas limitado.
La asociación con importantes socios industriales tiene el propósito de perfeccionar la educación al proporcionar a los estudiantes tareas desafiantes que les permitan enfrentar las relaciones con empresas y organizaciones de manera madura. Se hace especial hincapié en la formación técnica para construir una sólida base profesional. Los estudiantes pueden utilizar laboratorios de modelado y diseño por computadora equipados con el software más avanzado.
Pasantía
Al final de las lecciones, los estudiantes comienzan sus prácticas de tres meses en empresas o estudios profesionales en el campo.
